WorkMason is a curated discovery and human-reviewed introduction service. These standards explain what a public listing means, what it does not mean, and how we keep commercial relationships separate from editorial decisions.
Listing and review
A listing is earned through a defined review—not bought.
WorkMason reviews a provider's stated profile information against our published standards before it can be listed. We look for a clear, in-scope service offering, information that supports the provider's stated fit, and a profile that gives buyers useful context about engagement shape and limitations. We may pause, update, or remove a listing when information is incomplete, stale, materially changed, or credibly disputed.
We do not claim to audit delivery quality, financial stability, security posture, legal compliance, or future availability unless we specifically say we reviewed that item.
Identity checked
Identity checked means WorkMason confirmed the provider's business or primary contact identity.
Reference or work evidence reviewed
Reference or work evidence reviewed means WorkMason reviewed evidence supporting a specific experience claim; it does not verify every provider claim.
Last reviewed
A last-reviewed date tells you when the public profile was most recently reviewed. It does not promise that availability, pricing, or every detail is current today.
Ordering and commercial relationships
Relevance is separate from revenue.
Default directory order uses selected filters, profile completeness and recency, and editorial fit—not payment.
Payment does not buy directory rank, editorial wording, verification labels, or match recommendations.
At launch, WorkMason does not sell sponsored placement.
If sponsored placement is introduced, it will be clearly labeled where it appears and will not be represented as an editorial recommendation.
Payment or a commercial relationship also does not turn a provider into a better fit. Any material commercial relationship affecting a public placement will be disclosed at the point where a buyer sees it.
Limits and responsibilities
Review is not a guarantee.
A listing, review label, match, or introduction is not an endorsement or a guarantee of provider performance, availability, price, security, legal compliance, or outcomes.
Buyers and providers are independently responsible for due diligence, contracting, and the services they provide or receive.
WorkMason does not provide legal, tax, employment, investment, security, or other professional advice.
